Soundproofing.....
Soundproofing.....
About to tackle replacing my front speakers and while I'm at it, I'm gonna apply some deadener......... I have a large piece of "mule hide" rubber self-adhesive ice dam (roofing) and figure to add it to all areas of my door that is available while I have it open. Any one here used deadeners and did you think it was worth the trouble?
It is definitely worth the trouble to dampen your doors. It is most beneficial if you do floorboard, roof, all doors and rear cab wall. You do all these and your truck will sound more like a lexus instead of the typical log wagon going down the interstate.
Hazard......... sounds like you have an appropriate and well fitting handle...... since you definitely are hazardous!
The mule hide bitumen I have is self adhesive and sticks like hell..... hope I don't have to get out the torch! Ain't no damn leaves in MY truck...lol.......

Well actually Im in the process of switching over my name to Snausages01
I keep Hazard on this site and one other one.
I used stormguard and it was pretty sticky too, but IMO its worth the extra time to use a heat gun especially on the vertical surfaces.
I didn't have leaves in my truck until I took everything else out and had all the doors open.
