I've never heard of Ultimate in my life. I'd go with Rockford Fosgate if i were you. RF stuff is pretty reliable.

Ultimate makes a sub called the Cupric. From what I understand, its a decent/pretty good sub for the price. Check partSEXpress.com they carry them and for fairly cheap too, they ofen run sales on them.

I vote for Rockford too...

You cannot beat the thump for the bucks!! I have two Z series 10" subs that I paid less than $50 each, and they really pound!

Ive got a Boston 12" pro works great. Went through several subs till i broke down and spent the $$$ on the boston. I drive quite a bit and the sub got quite the work out. Still got to get around to put it in my new truck.

Thumbs up

MTX 421D amp, and an Audiobahn AW1000Q 10" sub. It makes plenty of bass for my needs. It's in a Q logic universal ten box, firing down into the rear center hump. Nice healthy thump. I tried going cheap first, and was not satisfied.,,,,98
