help with larger speakers please
i've been searching, and can't find anything on this yet
i have an '03 king ranch and i want to get rid of those ford speakers. i've got some really nice older blaupunkt speakers. the 5 1/2" speakers for the front are easy to do. but i have 6X9's for the rear.
it looks to me like the door itself is about the size for a 6X9, and then ford has an enclosure that holds the 6X8. does anyone know where i can find an enclosure that will match both the door and my old 6X9's?

Just break down and get 4 of Pioneer's TS-A6880R's they are a direct replacement for the stock speakers, and they are the best out there. For approx $120 for all 4 (eBay), you can't go wrong. And you don't have to worry about having speakerboxes laying around.
