New Pics

I updated my gallery with new pics of the new install. I know my camera is crappy...so bear with me.

Here is a quick review:

Probox - Great for the money! Nice construction, made with HDF and painted with a bed liner type paint. I did lose a little leg room, one click from my normal sitting position, and I'm 6ft tall.

e12k.44's - Great subs for the money! They are very clear and will put a hurting on you in the SPL department.

Check out the pics in my gallery.

hey that looks realy good. To me i think the sub, amp, and box make a sweet looking setup. I like the way those PA amps look.

Thanks! I was going to hide all the wires, but then I changed my mind cause nobody can see back there. I'm going to have to take the box back out next weekend cause I found an air leak around the subs. It seems that the paint on the box (bedliner stuff) doesn't allow the sub to seal on the box. I'm either going to sand the paint off or use some kind of gasket...haven't made up my mind yet.

Hey 2Trucks,

I'm really interested in a setup like that. Seeing how we both have a regular cab, do the seats have to be moved forward to fit the sub enclosure? I've been looking at the MTX Thunderforms but wonder whether you can move the seats all the way back and it would still fit. With my long legs I need the seats all the way back.

Hey 2Trucks1Wife...
Looks really good. How long did it take to take the seats out?

I can't speak from experience, but the Thunderform looks like it will allow the seat to go all the way back. The Probox has too much depth at the top of the box, restricting the seat from going all the way back.

The bench seat only takes 10 minutes to take out, it only has 4 bolts.

I am thinking that the 10" Probox will let the seat go all the way back. It doesnt have the top section like the 12" box does.

I'd like to hear a for sure answer on that. To me, they look the same at the bottom.
