Alpine type R's

are the Alpine Type R's any good? Ive heard mixed things about them. Just wondering

they are power hungry, but if you feed them about 3/4 of there RMS rated power, they should SING!!!

Make sure to check the mounting depth, because you don't want to buy speakers that won't fit.
