question for you experts..please help

just wondering what the BEST subs are that will fit under the rear seat without taking up any leg room? Or, if possible...behind the rear seat?

I havent gotten the screw I ordered yet so I dont know how much room is behind the seat. I just want the best bass possible without taking up my whole backseat floorboard.

PS: some brand/model names are really what Im looking for here since I know basically nothing and want to go into the audio store "educated"

thanks

We really need to know how much space you have to work with before making recommendations.

You definetly want a sub that can sound good in a small box. You aren't gonna get ALOT of spl out of any sub in a small sealed box. You got to run em large and ported to get them pounding hard. If you gotta go .65 or smaller then a good sub for a sealed encloser are the Infinity Kappas. They will give you nice amount of bass while keeping the SQ right on track. If you have more room then I would go with some '04 EDs (www.edesignaudio.com). They are suppose to sound kickass sealed. You need 6" mounting dept...

Post Subwoofers

Some good subwoofer to look at for a small sealed application would be regular Pioneer VCCS', JL W0 Series, also you can use www.crutchfield.com for a good reference site for detailed information, although you do not want to buy from them they over price everything to accomodate low shipping. Find a subwoofer with a really shallow mounting depth and the abitlity to work well with really low cubic feet under sealed enclosure volume. GL.
