Qforms
in a truck its very hard to get a top notch sound stage because all of the speakers are so close together. i find that kick pannels give a truck great deapth by helping to give the sound sorce
"your speakers" a better position as opposed to factory door locations. it not only places the speaker in front of you but it also posistions it to be dirrected at the listener giving you a better live performance effect. as if you are out in the crowd and the stage is in front of you. in the long run what every real autiophile is trying to accomplish is a live concert sound in the confines of a small area. think of your truck as a concert hall the goal is to try and place speakers in positions that will create the very same effect. in in shorter words haha YES it is worth installing kick panels.
PS if your going for SPL"Sound Preasure Level" then no its not worth it since the goal is just to be as loud as humanly possible. if your going for SQL "Sound Quality Level" then go for it and you wont be dissapointed.
pps: q forms tend to resinate alot IMO so be sure to line them with a dynomat type product
