Tell me what you think

I know the carpet doesn't match and it needs some fit and finish, but I haven't heard or seen anyone do this before.

It's really is loud!!

I hope this link works! It's my first time. (Been a long time I've said that!LOL)

Be kind it's been about 15 years since I've messed with stereo stuff. But I got the speakers and amp for a good price and thought I would use it.

Thanks for looking,
Mike

I guess I'm a little old school, but I like for things to be look stock and sneak up on you. If you like it, then that is what is important.

That was what I was going for but it didn't happen. It is like all things...a work in progress.

mville, like the idea.

Two questions:

How wide did you make it?

and

How does it sound?

I made it just a little bit narrower than the arm rest in the front. If you measure it you can make it fit between the plastic on the factory arm rest and gain a couple inches of seat movement.

The sound is incredible, although I'm not a competitor in any stereo competitions. Yesterday I was out in the country and thought I would "crank it up". I drove about 3 miles and had to turn it down. I started to get a headache from all the boom boom. But I turned it back up about 3 miles later.(I guess thats the price I have to pay) What, did you say some thing, I can't hear you! Oh, anyway if you have any questions let me know, I'll try to help the best I can.

I think I'm going to get different carpet in the next couple of days. I'll try to get some more pics.
