Ah damn, I forgot estimated taxes were due today. Looks like I might not be making it this weekend. I'll probably head down next month though, I'll make another thread when I have solid plans.

 

Ill be at the Oregon Inlet campground this weekend, well that is if the mechanic can figure my rear end out in time, I havnt missed a weekend yet so hopefully it gets worked out.

Been making the trip to Avon for over 20 years now, and I bet that in those 20 years that there have only been 4 or 5 times that I have driven over the Bonnor Bridge and NOT seen just the top of some poor saps vehicle that was marooned on the sand when the tide came in.
Going to miss it this year, as we are headed to Topsail for a change. The Pompano will be lucky in Avon this year..

 

Haha yeah, one guy got lucky last summer and got someone to pull him out before it was too late.

 

Ended up going after all, looked around for some of you guys but didn't see many custom f150s beside a red supercab fx4 with rims i parked beside on the beach haha
