Question Axle shops in NC?

Hey guys...
Has anyone had their 04 or 05 re-geared? I'm looking for a place in NC to do the work. Put 35" tires on, and now I want to re-gear to 4.56s. Any suggestions out there?

Jdogg,
Did you re-gear your axles? How much did it cost, total, and how long did they take to do the job? I've only got a limited amount of vacation time left, and Raleigh's two hours away for me...

Thanks for the response...!

I have not done mine yet. But when I do that is where I'm going to take it They do good work and have the best prices around. (That I have found)

I have to put my lift on first then I'm goingto regear

Jdogg...
I found a shop near Charlotte that's getting me in the first week of August...They would have gotten me in next week, but their parts supplier couldn't get my front ring gear to them until August. They quoted my $1400 for front/rear, with lifetime warranty on both parts and labor. It might not be the cheapest, but it's convenient to me location wise, and with the warranty, I couldn't say no...especially since my truck is still under warranty itself.

Whats up guys, i was wondering if any of you have had problems with blowing smoke out of your exhaust when you first start up, and when you punch the gas, i took my truck to the service center in Cary and they have not been able to find the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
