anyone get hit by charles bad? I am in ocala and we were supposed to get it real bad, but we barely got any wind at all. Just a little rain. I was sure my truck would get hit by a branch or something since i just got new wheels and tires about 3 weeks ago.

lake mary here. charley ran through here like he owned the place - played with all the toys and didn't clean up after himself - but what would life be without a little excitement, right? praying for the families that are without power, nearly homeless, and especially lossed loved ones.

Finally got in touch with family near Goldenrod in Orlando. No electricity, some running water but not fit to drink. Trees 2 foot in diameter snapped like twigs. Waiting on a phone call to load the truck w/ a chainsaw, generator, propane stove, plywood, etc. etc.

Cant find any of these items or even gasoline for that matter. Price gouging is rampant. My prayers go out all that have been affected.

seminole, here--the city not the county. We didn't even get a little breeze from Charley. The bad part went right around us.
