I don't really like the idea of chapters, but I do like the regional forums idea. Maybe this new change will bring some of the visitors that we have been having lately to sign up and participate in the forums.

I wonder why the change, because if I remember from the posts I have read from Steve from a long time ago, he said that we would never have chapters or anything like that. Must've changed his mind.

I think you said it yourself...general discussion forums representing different regions are completely different from organized "chapters" of an offline clublike organization. I have not changed my mind on the "chapter" idea. I am still unwilling to take on the responsibility and liability for a properly organized and managed offline organization.
