Temp and oil gauge peg out

Please help my temperature gauge and my oil gauge peg all the way out I’ve changed sensors and still have this problem I had to change the alternator and this gauge problem started right at that same point please help

Don't really matter what it is.. If you made a change to something and it changed something else after you made that change, the first thing to look at is the change you made and make sure you installed it correctly or that the part is not the problem..

Try putting the old alt back in and see if you can at least get back to where you started. But, I guess you probably had to turn it in as a core for the new alt, so might not be an option.

You really didn't give much info on the deal, so no idea really... Just shooting in the dark as much as you are at this point..

Have the battery load tested. Gauges go nuts when battery is low.

The temperature and oil pressure circuits are associated together.
If there is a serious failure in either system, the motor is in danger of damage and may light a separate red warning lamp.
You likely have a short to ground on one of the leads if both gauges are pegged. This is the tip-off.
With out knowing what motor, it makes little difference except for locations.
