P2197
08 Ford F-150 135k miles.
Has had had check engine light on for couple years with p0420.
Truck ran fine for most part. Maybe a little sluggish with power but good nonetheless.
At at one point I replace all 4 o2 sensors and code remained.
In last 6 mos the truck has been stalling and misfiring intermittently.
I cut out Bank 1 cat converter and installed new magnaflow converter. And changed fuel filter which was horribly full of gunk. P0420 went away. Then got p2195 and p2197.
Today i I cut out bank 2 cat converter and installed magnaflow converter. P2195 went away but p2197 remains.
I bought the fixd odb scanner abdceas able able to pull the below data with running at idle.
I have a new o2 sensorcarriving tomorrow I am planning on replacing bank 2 upstream sensor with. Any suggestions what else I may be missing? The truck starts and fires great. Just very sluggish on power and will hesitate and misfire at times.

P2197 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 1) (Driver side front sensor)
Troubleshooting is the same for both.
