Angry Cylinder 4 Misfire HELP!

OK, so here's the deal. I have an 09' F150 4.6. A few months back, Cylinder 4 spark plug blew out.. literally, and blew the coil off. I went to the store and bought 2 new. replaced. Started misfiring really bad. Truck ran beautifully before. Well then i decided, what the hell, i need to change all 4 plugs and 4 coils. (COP) because i'm at 164k miles and dunno when it was, if it was, ever done with previous owner. (ive had the truck since 2011) Anyways, replaced them all, reset my ECM and also changed my oil and filter while i was at it since it was due. I also filled my tank, put sea foam in and fuel injector. Ran semi-ok for a couple days. Definitely much better than before and had way more power that it did after this happened. Ran codes because it was still missin, still getting the cyl 4 misfire code and a few others. Help me out with some ideas, ive had 4 diff mechanics look at it and got 4 diff answers, some that didn't even make sense (prob because i'm a chick and they think i'm stupid) Anyways, here's my codes,

P100 OBD SYSTEM READINESS TEST NOT COMPLETE

P0354 IGNITION COIL D PRIMARY/SECONDARY CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
P0300 RANDOM MULTIPLE MISFIRE DETECTED
P1336 CRANKSHAFT/CAMSHAFT SENSOR RANGE/ PERFORMANCE
P0304 CYL 4 MISFIRE

Could crank/cam shaft cause misfire?

Please try moving coil #4 to another cylinder and see if you get the same results.

Please use Motorcraft Parts (coil/plugs) for best results.

You may need to get a Timesert done on cylinder 4, when a plug blows out it usually damages the threads in the head. When the plug and coil blew, it may have damaged the wiring to the coil, the P0354 may be hinting to that.

Potential causes of a P0354 code include:

Short to voltage or ground on COP driver circuit
Open on COP driver circuit
Loose connection at coil or broken connector locks
Bad Coil (COP)
Faulty Powertrain Control Module

4 plugs and coils? You have 8.

Use only Motorcraft plugs and torque them to 28 ft/lb. Motorcraft, Denso, or Delphi coils are fine.

Do not use Seafoam, use Techron.

P1336 FORD - Crankshaft Position Or Camshaft Position Sensor Input Signal Error

Possible causes

Faulty Crankshaft Position Sensor
Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor
Crankshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
Crankshaft Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
Camshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
Camshaft Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

What does this mean? When is the code detected?

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has detected a synchronization or signal error from the camshaft or crankshaft position sensors

Possible symptoms

Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
Lack/Loss of Power
Engine Stall
Engine difficult to start
