It's officially ours! Decided to start fresh and go with new furniture also. Ended up with 2 new Recliners and the 5 year old his own mini recliner. Going back tomorrow to get a couch and kitchen table. Its going to be nice to be able to park cars in the driveway and garage instead of having to move 2 to get to 1 and then fighting the neighbor for a street spot. Plus it's on the nice side of town, no more wondering if it was fireworks or gun shots once a week or having to put the pistol in your pocket after dark going for a walk

Rental, only for the fact we are planning to move to Colorado within 2 years. Figured it would be best to rent now then come Colorado purchase and be good to go.

The house we are in right now is a little over 1000 Sq feet, 3 bed 2 bath.. Just a Tad to small especially being cramped with SIL and Nephew for the last 3 months. This new house is 600 Sq feet bigger which will be plenty for our family of 3.

No kidding, especially just moving the SIL saturday. Now having to do it for us. Been super easy getting bills transferred though called Gas, Water, Electric and they are all coming out tomorrow, then cable/Internet next week. painless experience as far as that goes.

There is a clingy black film. Same idea as tint, but holds on via static. I'll see if I can find it. Otherwise, Plasti-dip may be OK, but you would need a lot of it with those windows!

Why not just cut black construction paper to fit the windows and then tape it up on the inside of the window?

I wonder if Vinyl would work?? Get some Black and cut it out and stick on the window.. I typed in Static Cling at home depot and nothing came back. I googled also and most recommend the snow foam in a can, but i dont like that stuff. Rather just give it a look of real dark tint
