No punctuation - a thing that I just cannot comprehend

I would like to ask this question to those who write posts without commas or periods. Your goal is to have your post read by many. Without punctuation, less will read your post. Do you know it? Or do you not care?

This is an honest question. By the way, I do no puncuation texting when I send short messages to friends, too.

When I see a post with no punctuation, I don't try to read it. I noi longer have the time and energy to decipher what is intended. To me, it is just rude as it says I don't have the time to puncuate, so you take your time to figure out what I said.

This a Ford truck forum and all. We shouldn't expect grammar perfection. God knows I'd be screwed without the auto spell check. I do attempt to make most of my posts somewhat legible.. There are only the very worst ones that I find tough.

I don't expect perfection. I make plenty of mistakes myself, but mistakes are different from running all your words together with no caps and no puncuation. Most of us can read right most mistakes and absorb the meaning quite easily.

It just get's annoying really. Especially when someone ask's a question and expects us to take our time to answer it, yet they don't take the time to make it readable. It doesn't have to be perfect but a comma or a period would definitely be nice every now and then.

And if you can't spell worth a crap, take the time to run it through a spell checker! Type it up in your word processor, spell check it, then you can simply copy and paste it. We are certainly not looking for perfection, but some of you people spell so bad it's unreadable.

There should be a another way to filter those disrespectful knot-heads, -other than the ignore list.

You know .... (?)

Something quiet and lickity-split.

EDIT: Misspelled quiet, "lickity" ? That's a toss up.

I use ispell. A simple click of the right mouse button before I submit my post, select "ispell" and it goes to work. Very easy, very simple.
