I really like the belltech struts, as their a reasonably priced solution for lowering the front, and gives the user control over how much drop they want anytime in the future. I had their flip kit on until two weeks ago. Good quality, easy to install, but it was more drop than I wanted. 3/5 was too much, so now I'm at 1.5/2.

When I took the flip kit out, I used Ground Force drop shackles. They were more money than the Belltech shackles, but they came with the pinion angle shims. When you add the cost of the Belltech shackles and shims seperately, they were a little more more. I didn't want to risk a driveline vibration, so I got the Ground Force shackles since they were cheaper.

It's a shame that Ground Force is the only company making a drop kit with leafs, and charging so much. I wanted a 2/3 drop, and would've been ok using the 2/4 kit and a 1" lift block or shackle to get the desired height. I just couldn't justify paying that much after seeing how much comparable kits for similar applications sold for.

That's was long answer. Short answer is that I'm happy with the Belltech parts I've used. They offer a good bang for the buck.

You should not have needed a shim kit with shackles.

I have lowering shackles on the back for a 2" or 2.5" drop. I'm at 2" right now and I have installed wedges. I also have on the rear dual adjustable QA1 shocks which are about 2" shorter than stock. I would like to drop the rear another inch and drop the front 2". Basically I can get the rear down I just want some springs for the front or a spring/shock combo to drop it 2". Is there a way to purchase what I am loking for?

Belltech makes an adjustable 2" to 3" shackle. The front you could use Belltech's Pro Coils which is also adjustable 2" to 3".

$296.98 shipped to your door.

So they have a 3" rear shackle? If so is the $296.98 for the front coils and the rear shackles? If so I am intrested.

My truck came with shackles in the rear, no idea the brand but they have two holes. The truck was in the lowest setting (meaning most drop) and the bed pinch weld was straight.
