1 Year and 73,820 miles later...
My '05 SCab Flareside turned 1 year old yesterday, and at 10:30 am (approximately the time I bought it 1 year ago) I was turning over 73,280 miles. While that averages out to 1409 miles per week, there are a number of weeks it sat at the airport; real average is closer to 1800 miles per week driven.
In the last year, I have changed the oil 15 times using Valvoline Synthetic, and it has yet to use any oil between changes. K&N drop in air filter has required cleaning 4 times (well maybe not required, but I've done it 'cause it looked dirty enough to get my attention). Replaced the stock tires at 56,000 miles with Bridgestone Dueller Revos, and I'm sorry I waited to do it; these tires ride so much smoother and quieter than stock Wranglers.
Totalled it all up, and I have purchased approximately 4,000 gallons of fuel in the last year, averaging 18.3 mpg overall and ranging in price from $1.99 (in Des Moines, last week) to $4.29 (in Sacramento, CA last spring). Average fuel cost was $2.68. . .Total cost of fuel for the year, $10,717
The only mechanical problems have been a pair of fuel injetors that locked up, causing a trip to a dealer for replacement (fortunately under warranty) and the need to perform a solenoid replacement for the 4WD system per the TSB (parts cost less than $35, done in my driveway after waranty expired). I've replaced one fuse (LR taillight, after towing a friend's trailer which had some bad wiring). I also have replaced the windshield after a series of rock chips connected to make a pretty serious spider web of cracks.
Rotated the tires and gave the interior a good "Happy Birthday" cleaning today; while I had it in the air and rotating the tires I checked the brakes, all are still over 70% of pads original thickness (although I spend a significant amount of time pushing on the right pedal, not the left)
Overall, I couldn't have asked more out of a vehicle. Ride is still comfortable, interior continues to **** me off because the light gray upholstery stains so easily, and the paint gloss looks like a new truck. Looking forward to putting a bunch more miles on her!

Damn dude, and I thought I had a lot of miles.
I'm at 43Kish, two years later. No major problems to report thus far. Replaced a set of tires at 35K. Rear brakes are getting kinda thin, probably be due for replacement sometime around 2nd quarter '07.

Upright seating position, better visibility than a car, comfortable ride, plenty of leg/head room (I'm 6'4" and 255 lbs), and enough sheet metal around me that when a deer or idiot driver pops out in front of me, I'll at least win the battle of mass vs. speed and sudden impact.
Add in the fact that my jurisdictional operating area is Nebraska, South Dakota, and part of Iowa, and you'll realize that our winters aren't always friendly to driving. 4WD gets me down the road, even when you can't see the road because there's too much fresh snow on top of it.

Well a few miles was a drive-by for me in NE. He drove past a place that I needed to know if they went out of business. Not only did he check it out for me but I even got a picture of the place.

Haven't forgotten that my man....
