No offense mlamprey, but your the one trolling here since

A) you canceled your subscription and
B) you apparently didn't care for the service anyway

If you didn't like the service and canceled your subscription, what are you doing in this section of the site? Just complaining? Your post didn't help the op in answering his question, but merely put him and everyone else down for choosing to pay for a service. If you want to do that, that's fine by me, just start your own thread on the subject instead of "trolling" onto someone else's thread to complain. Now that being said, I understand your reasons for not wanting to pay for this service, satellite radio doesn't meet your needs. I myself love it. Of all the services I pay for, electric, cell phone, internet, satellite t.v. etc., Sirius is by far the most dependable, I almost never lose signal because of trees and I never lose it because of the weather (unlike satellite t.v.). You may not have had your antenna mounted in the right place, or the service just sucked in your area. And I don't have the service for just music, but for being able to get ALL the football games, nascar, news, traffic reports, Howard, the list goes on and on for me, and any where in the country that I may be, that's best part of all, not having to switch and search for stations when I go out of town. Plus there's commercial free music (FM really sucks ***). As for paying the $14 or $6.41 a month or whatever it is, I payed for a lifetime subscription 4 years ago, so it has more than paid for itself, unfortunately, the wife really likes it too, so I am paying for a second subscription at 1/2 price so she can have it in her truck too, I really should switch hers to a lifetime sub. Another nice thing about it, since hers is a plug and play, I decided to get a home docking unit and I can get Sirius all through the house. There's just more pros than cons with this service as far as I concerned.

I don't disagree with your reasons for not wanting to pay for something your not satisfied with, but GO TROLL ELSEWHERE. See the difference? And, oh yeah, if your going to come on here and be all high and mighty, learn how to spell or how to use spell check before you make, and I quote, "brain dead moronic comments". See the difference?

To the O.P., sorry for high jacking your thread and glad to see you got hooked up. Hope you enjoy it. If you don't, you can always do as mlamprey did and cancel it, though he may be right about that being a PITA. I have read a lot of others complaining about that issue.

It is called "expressing an opinion. It is something we are still allowed to do it the free world, at least for now, apparently there some who feel otherwise. I was also under the assumption that ALL threads were open to ALL members and not just certain ones. Guess I was wrong

It is a Ford Factory installed radio and antenna, Just like thousands of others out there. So, that pretty much blows that little theory of yours out of the water now doesn't it Junior ?

Just the response I expected from some one like you. And sorry if your feelings got hurt, sincerely. There's not much anyone can say to a person that hears but doesn't listen. As far as trolling goes, I wasn't trolling since I do listen to Sirius and was interested in what issues the OP may have had, though I wasn't sure I could help in anyway, and his problem was resolved already, I certainly did not "enter" this thread to complain or chastise you. And as for opinions, though you do have a right to express yours, you started your post by calling kozz a sucker, not much of an opinion and he certainly wasn't asking for it. As for your antenna, I wasn't definitive on that since I did not know what system you had and I gave you another option for the cause of your issues, which could be wrong as well. And you are absolutely right about my post, it in no way shape or form helped the OP, I was merely responding to (I guess in your opinion) a "brain dead moronic post", which at the end, I apologized for and wished the OP well in his endeavors. Most of us know what folks say about people who have opinions and make assumptions, which you obviously have and do, so have a good day there "junior"
