i know nothing about stereos. i have a 2005 single disk am/fm radio now, with an after market sirius radio installed. i would like to remove the after market and put in something factory (i think it would be a cleaner look). can someone just tell me if this radio will work and what i might need to get satellite to work on it. i know it says satellite ready, but that could mean alot of things. thanks.

That stereo is half of the equation. Then you would need to get the OEM Satellite Tuner box for it. It's really complicated to find out which OEM Ford SIRIUS Tuner will work. We have 3 Old Visteon ones that we just haven't sold simply because people think they will work for any Ford and they don't.
