2 Sirius Receivers

I have the Clarion Calypso in my truck now. It is removable so I can take it with me when I go. I just bought a car to drive to work and would like to have my Sirius in there also. I was wondering if I could buy a new HU to put in the truck with the Sirius built into it, and put the Calypso unit in the car and still only pay one fee per month. Is this possible? Has anyone ever done this?

won't work the radio is activated and controlled by its SID # so you will only get channel 184 on the radio until you activate through sirius ..

after the first radio, the next 3 are only $6.99 a month each ..

btw: you can listen to all of the music channels for free online, as long as you have at least one active radio.

Thanks Gipraw.

$7 a month? Wonder why they do this? I have satellite TV in three rooms of my house and they don't charge me for each room.

Greedy bastards.

I'd like to know what company you're with. DirectTV and Dish Network both charges a fee depending on the different number of rooms you want to have signal in.

just get another car docking station, and plug it into the sony. granted, you'll need the clarion on the dash just like normal, but, after the initial money for another docking station, you're set.

I have the hookup on my Sat. TV. I have Dish Network. I have three in my house and one in the motorhome.

I finally decided to just buy another cradle to put in the car. I'm to cheap to spend another $7/month right now.

I am still confused how they do not charge you for each Sat. TV receiver. When you say you have the hookup, do you mean illegal cards? They all charge for extra receivers.
