Is it me or is it hard to change the channels on the stock sat radio unit? It jumps around like shuffle. Can you make it always say the artist name? Is there an online guide somewhere I can check out?

 

You should have gotten a guide with your truck.If not go to sirius.com and print one out.There is a setting where you dont have to have the shuffle on and can scan one channel at a time.I dont think you can display the artist all the time.I hate to say it but there is always the owners manual.

 

Thanks for the reply mem. For some reason when its on "Sat1" it shuffles and when its on "sat2" or "sat3" it lets me scan one station at a time.

 

Read the Owners Manual--you have Sat1 set in Shuffle Mode and Sat2 and Sat3 in Direct Mode or Category Mode.

I had to screw around with the Satellite settings quite a bit to get it where it was useble by me. Shuttle and Category mode were a pain in the a$$ for me.

Sirius cancelling FOX News was more maddening then that---Sirius Customer Service told me they were renegotiating the FOX contract and it would be back on the air within 24 hours. That was 3 was ago !!!
