Any word on when Ford will start offering Sirius from the factory? Was thinking about picking up an '05 towards the end of the year when the rebates get good and was wondering if it will be available by then.

 

They have all ready, my 2005 has it, but I use XM

I wouldn't expect any Ford vehicels before model year 06 vehicles.

 

On my radio there is a SAT button, so I called the dealer and asked about it. They told me there is a direct box you can buy and you will have Satellite Radio, all the controls are thru the radio, channel # name of artis, name of song. But I am using XM not Sirius.

 

My service dept has no clue what part to order for my 05' F150 King Ranch to utilize the Satellite radio feature. could you post the part number for the box need for it to work? It would be very appreciated.

Just put Sirius in my 04 FX4 and love it. Used the Pro-fit peice that I found out about on the web and it makes it look great and accessible.

 

some pics and maybe a link to the web site would be nice...so we can see it....

I have the audiophile stereo in my 05' King Ranch and I dont see a SAT button. Just CD, AM/FM, Mute, Aux button. Does that mean that I dont have the option to have the factory installed satellite unit? Which radio has the SAT button?
