The turn signal on my 2008 F-150 is intermittenly buzzing instead of blinking. It is primarily happening when turning right. I have searched the net and think it is the turn signal switch or perhaps the trun signal relay? My question is are they the same thing? I hate to waste money buying the wrong part if they are different items.

All my other lights and signals are working besides the blinker.

 

Have you checked the blinker fluid

If it's a 2008 it's probably still under warranty right? Sounds like a trip to the dealer is in store for you.

Not trying to be Captain Obvious, but have you checked for burned out, loose, or corroded bulbs?
