Post Wiper Recall

I was noticing that the wipers on my 99 F150 would somehow turn on for 1 cycle by themselves. This at first did not bother me, because I thought maybe I was accidently hitting the switch. I then read a couple of weeks ago in the F-150 forum of another f-150 owner having what he, or she referred to as a "phantom wipe". I just recently got up the nerve to call my local Ford dealer and ask if there was a problem like this ever being reported. The service writer told me that all F series trucks, and SUV's were being recalled for this problem, and that it would be fixed as soon as they got the new parts in.
If I am a day late and a dollarshort on this topic sorry, but I never received any recall notice from Ford.
