Post Grease Fitting Replacement

Well, I was going to try to do a chassis lube last night when I changed my oil, and decided to check this board before I did, and y'all were right! I could only find two grease fittings. My Haynes manual says to replace the plugs on the other fitting locations with actual fittings. Anyone tried this? what size fittings should I use?
Thanks!

Question

My truck has sealed suspension components also. Mine have no plugs for replacement fittings.
