Question replacing tail light bulbs

My left brakelight and signal aren't working. I am assuming that the bulb is blown. How do I get to the tail light assembly to replace the bulb? Also, I have light that is blown in the dash where the tachometer is located. Are these incidences tied to each other they went out at about the same time?

I will look through my shop manuals tonight and see if I can help you figure this out. Will post back when I can. A friendly word of advice:Post his kind of thing in the "other body" or "other drivetrain" forum areas for a better response. Hardly anyone ever comes here.

Drop your tail gate. On each side near the tail lights you will find two small silver hex head body bolts to remove rear light assembly.
Not related to the dash lights. You will need to remove the assebly to replace your dash light. there is a good thread describing this already under other aftermarket about mod for differenty colored lights.
