While reading April 99's Popular Mechanics I found this:
"The rocker arm roller followers may let go in supercold weather and cause rough running and trouble codes on some 1997-98 Ford 4.6/5.4L Expeditions, Econolines and F-Series, and some 1998 Navigators. TSB NO. 97-25-8"

Bright red w/ gold 2-tone, Leather Captain's Chairs
Mods: Duraliner bedliner, Bugflector II, Hide-a-hooks.
& a leeetle chrome tip on the exhaust.
