According to the schematics, the only '03s that aren't switched are the supercharged trucks, which would mean the Lightnings and the Harleys. All the others should be switched.

Cruise control recall

Recall 05S28 was issued sometime in '03. I believe some early production models were at risk. Late models may already be revised.

Anyone can purchase an update kit part #1L1Z-9F924-AA (brake repair kit). It is not a fused harness, rather a new pigtail installed after the recall was issued.

That harness jumper fused kit is installed only in units where the deactivation switch did not have signs of leaks, the other brake repair kit is installed if leaks are found in switch.

GREAT Info. Steve! I need to look at my servo connector for any "heat damage" thats something I overlooked.

Hi Steve do you now if there are there any updated FSA's for the recall? I got another notice with the same 05S28 # today but I'm wondering if any of the procedure have been changed/updated. Curious....
Thanks
