When do I do these things?????

OK. I just recently got my truck and it has 44,000 miles on it and it is a 2000. I am just wondering when do to the following maintence:

Tranny Fluid
Flush Cooling System
Differential Fluid
Alignment
Engine Tune Up

Just wondering at how many miles I need to do these things. I looked in the manual, but I just want to know for sure when to do it in the "real" world.

CHANGE THE TRANNY FLUID EVERY 30,000 MILES BY DROPPING THE PAN,DONT FLUSH IT,FLUSHING CAUSES DAMAGE LATER ON,FLUSH THE COOLING SYSTEM EVERY 30K AND THE TUNE UP SHOULD BE GOOD UP TO 100K

In addition to dropping the pan, drain the torque converter. In draining the two you should have drained somewhere around 12-13 qrts of fluid. Make sure you change the filter, too, while you have the pan off (buy a gasket just in case the original is cracked. the original can be re-used). Change teh ATF every 30,000 mi. for regular service. If you are hard on your vehicle change it every 15,000 mi.

Radiator:
Every couple years. I change fluid every year...it's safer that way. Do not flush the system. It's still fairly new.

Technically, you don't need to change the differential fluid. Some like to do it, but it is not required.

Alignment..as needed, unless you have an SVT model where you need to keep it within specs.

New drivebelt and plugs etc. every 60,000-100,000 mi.

I guess it all depends on how @nal you are with fluid changes. I am very @nal about mine, so I chop the recommended inrevals in half.

Good luck
