Adding pictures

How do I add pictures to my gallery ? I've been clicking on add pictures then hitting browse, I then select a picture and hit add and it never adds them . Whats wrong ? Thanks guys Paul

are they in JEPG, JPG format. I beleve that is the only kind that will go in the gallery's. Sometimes it could take a while. I know when I was on the 56K, it would take minutes to download one picture.
