I don't seem to have an "Edit Profile Picture" link. Am I just not looking in the right place? I don't see it anywhere on my User CP. Does anyone else have this problem? (See photo below.)

That's where it's supposed to be - it's possible the admin has to add you to another usergroup for you to have that privilege. You are also missing the edit avatar selection.

 

I'll look into it. Off the top of my head im guessing the sponsors are in a different user group/permission
