Site access problem!

I'm a recent newbi here and have set up my User CP correctly as best I can tell for "instant email notification". Every time I get an email from F150online, I click on the link and it continually makes me resign-in instead of going right to the post page like other forums I use. I have contacted the administrator 3 times (PM) with no answer? can someone please help me out here??? It's been two weeks with no help?

When you do log in, are you checking the "Remember Me" box?

No help yet, so I changed my password. Let's see if that helps?

Should work with "remember me" function*

*periodically the site asks you to change your password, so its possible you just happened to get stuck when the change requests occur

Feel free to PM me directly if you've got an ongoing issue. I'd love to try and help

I just had to re-login today, so maybe it was just that time. I also use the remember me check box. You'll need to ensure cookies are enabled and you're not browsing in private mode or sand-boxed.

Well, I just got the email and clicked on the link. It brought me to the link, but would not let me post, no quick reply window. I clicked on quote and it brought me back to the register page. I did have private browsing enabled because I just discovered the feature about 5 days ago and tried it out so my history wouldn't slow down the computer. I just turned it off, so we'll see if that has any affect though I still had the problem before I enabled it initially. I have been a member for about 2.5 weeks. Why would private browsing affect my access?

Because private browsing doesn't read or store cookies. Private browsing is a lot like a big bottle of scotch on an empty stomach. No search history, no cookies, no memory of where you surfed.

Cookies are little files that store website preferences and in some cases, logon sessions. Private browsing disables cookies.

Well, I've opened up the cookie jar again and well see what happens. Funny I never once got a reply from my three messages to the administrator?
