Site loading slow

This site is taking a long time to load. Tried it with IE and firefox with same result. Have to refresh multiple times to switch page.
Getting this message from firefox. Jeep CJ forum and other web sites no problem. What's going on?

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Probably the ad servers. The site has been a dog since they recently added a crapload more ads.

I notice the same thing - often takes 20 seconds to load a thread. I belong to several other forums for travel and RC planes and they all load very quickly - 1 to 2 seconds max.

I would use this forum much more if it was faster loading.

This site loads real fast, - as soon as I click something. Don't blink, or you'll miss the process.

Sounds like you need a better browser. One that's modified perhaps.

I'm using the latest version of IE and on a Comcast cable with very fast connection. Other forums I belong to load just fine - must be the loading of Ads that slows the loading.

Might try logging on with just one computer, and narrowing it down to one browser. Might help
