Whenever I attempt to "find all posts by user", I get a popup telling me that 5 seconds is required between each search, please wait 5 seconds.

I am not searching on anything other than the "find all" button.

Works fine for me. What browser are you using, and when was the last time you cleared its cache/temp files?

 

Running IE8 and I clear everything pretty often.

Looks like it may be happening depending on the age of the post where it is selected. It works fine when I just looked at yours but tried one from a post that was about 4 months old a little bit ago and was getting the same thing.

 

I used the advanced search from the top page menu and typed in the member's name.
