posting from my nokia E71x and its loading full pages with ads, it used to run the lighter version with just text, giving me faster 3g browsing.

That happened to me 2 days ago on my Blackberry. I thought it was becuase I updated some BB app software. I had to figure out how to log in as it was not working on the Mobile link.

If your using a phone in which the internet settings can be changed.
Try to look for an option that says mobile view.
Set it to that then you'll get it all the time.

 

I would love to see a "back" button and maybe even a "top" button added to the bottom of the mobile viewer. I hate when I get to the bottom of a page (after A LOT of thumb scrolling) and then I have to scroll all the way back to the top of the page to hit the back button.

Sounds like I'm being whiny, but it sure would be nice to simply place a "back" button at the bottom of the page...
