I hate to bite the hand that feeds me, but adblocking improves the performance GREATLY. This site is almost impossible to navigate without it at times.

Yea, I think I will try that adblocker for Firefox on the MAC this time. That browser looks pretty cool on that computer. I didn't have much luck on the PC before. Iduno, it was difficult to get adblocker set up right.

Maybe I'll give it another shot. You can set up so that it solely just takes ads. I recall before it blocked other parts of the site. Like new posts or that arrow that shows you posted in a thread. Little things like that.

Mine just removes the ads.

Thanks Stealth, I'm going to give it another shot, - but hell, it's been fine again

It's just hanging on a couple of adds. That banking one I posted and another with a bunch of little fricken boxes that run across the add. Not sure what that one is, but I haven't seen them running those two since last night.

Downloaded, so all you have to do is right click on ads and ad filters within ADP ? That's how I'm understanding it. That is easy

I got, figured out and easier way, accidentally, via that little tab deal in the corner. Awesome!

Best of all and so far, there's no need to read instructions.

That's the worst one, it will hang until refresh. That add seems to run more at certain parts of the day.

I finally downloaded Thunderbird again, - then ABP, since Stealth wasn't having any problems with it.

I don't have any ads running now and the browser is fast.

Once you download the two, hover your curser over an ad. When you do so, ABP throws up a little "block" tab. If you want to block the ad , it's that easy, = click block.
