What about, it can easily be used correctly, i would have loved to have that feature avaiable.

(after that stage of build was complete)

Page # will depend on how the user has their preferences set. For one guy, it may be page 21, the next may be page 15.

regardless of page number. Its a feature that shouldnt be blocked. Every forum im on besides this one will allow you to change the thread title, sure theres people that use it the wrong way but hey break out the ban stick and go crazy.
