Hey thank you for the detailed reply. I did those steps , and i still recieved a error message. Just says "upload failed" i tried a couple different pictures with the same result. I will continue to try when i get home from work . maybe try with my phone camera so the size and pixels will be smaller. Any other suggestions?

The pictures you are uploading, are they within the file requirements ?

Maximum File Size per Picture 488.3 KB
Maximum Picture Dimensions 800 by 600 Pixels
There was another problem a few weeks ago when upgrades were going on, but I just did a test picture to my Misc album and it worked correctly.

That's the problem...

From the screen where you upload a photo file:

Maximum File Size per Picture 488.3 KB
Maximum Picture Dimensions 800 by 600 Pixels

Use a 'freeware' program like irfanview (available at download.com) to resize the pics before you upload.

With Irfanview, after you resize it, you do a SAVE AS. You have to use the drop arrow in the "Save as Type" box and change that to JPG.
