notification about posts

I am not recieving post notifications and I have checked my spam folder to see if they are in there but nothings seems to be working.
I also rechecked my choices about getting notifications on here and its the way I wanted it, daily..

Any help would be great..

am I correct in assuming you mean an email notification when there is a post to a thread which you subscribed?

By involved do you mean subscribed? You have to subscribe to each thread you want to get notices.

And set the email notification type, by default it is no notification.

Unless you use the pull down to set to instant, daily or weekly, no emails will be sent.

I have caught myself a few times, not paying attention when subscribing and taken the default of no email notification

Get a screen shot of User CP, Subscribed threads. It will list what the notification is set to.
