How to change links

I was wondering how you change a link so instead of...
http://www.4wheelparts.com/Performan..._pn=MBRS5200AL

I could just make it say...

MBRP exhaust

butt it would link to the page.

Copy your link. Type MBRP exhaust. Highlight it. Hit the hyperlink icon and paste the link. You're done.

MBRP exhaust

Wow, that's a good price.

highlight

Just so we are doing the same thing in a reply ( did not try quick reply )
1. I typed highlight in the post ( this is what ever word you want the URL to be )
2. After this I selected it ( double click on the word, select with the mouse, how ever you prefer to do that function ).
3. click the 5th button at the top of the post box ( link, it is the world with the chain link on it )
4. In the pop up dialog box, I typed in the link ( my case www.f150online.com, you can go to another browser session and copy a link from the navigate box and paste ).

Is this the route you took ?

The format shown above will work if you remove all of the asterisks (*).

Once removed, the link will look like this:

LINK TO HALVERSO'S PROGRESS THREAD
