I've actually had the problem too... I'm having trouble getting anything out of the IB Technical team on this one... I will, again, bump this up the chain.

I'm sorry about this guys... I promise you it's on the tech guys' fix-it list but, I'm not sure they've had much luck replicating it. Let me try to bring this one back to the top of the pile...

 

Rock-- I was able to add photos! It was no fault but my own. My issue was my pixels were way to high to download. I opened in whatever version of photo software this computer has and adjusted and have not had any issues adding photos to album. I figured since I was using a point and shoot it was in tolerance, but it the ratio was something like 1300x900. May be some of the others issues as well.

Thanks for sharing the info with us. I would suggest the others try and do the same thing and see if it resolves the issue as we are unable to replicate the issue and it is happening to only a few members, so the issue could be with your image size. Please let us know if you still have issues after this and we will see what we can do.

law - thanks for chiming back in with an update. Sounds as though that may have been the problem and hopefully it'll help the others here that have seen this problem as well (me included but, I don't remember the res on what I was uploading).
