how can I upload pdf files into my gallery

I have a large collection of install instructions of lift kits for 04-08 150 and they are all in pdf format. I would like to create a thread with links to all the insts that I have so anyone can download the complete pdf file for whatever kit they were interested in. I need to be able to upload them into this site first before I make the thread.

Anyone have any ideas?

If you have the full version of Adobe you can save each page as a jpg image.

Do you have a link to them online somewhere? I can save them for you.

Shoot me an e-mail or PM if you want to.

I just have the reader version. I already have the files saved to my HD. Linking to the files from the source is the easy way. I was hoping I could have them directly on this site for everyone to DL.

I guess I'll try a pdf converter and upload them as jpegs

Unfortunately, we've never allowed the uploading of files on this site. While it sounds like an excellent resource for our members, a better option rather than converting may be to utilize a file upload site like putfile or similar. There are oodles of them out there that will host the file and you can cross-link it in here from a post or three.

Let me know once you have it complete and I'll push/copy the post over to the How-To forum.

Thanks for your contributions to the site!

Hey Brad, I made a thread with links to original source for the instructions. It was easier than trying to convert them to jpg.

It would be a good candidate for sticky status
