ok, I got the album situation done and I got the link to my album but I can't get the pic into a thread.

sorry, I'm computer illerterate

YOu can't post pics from the album. They have to be sourced from a photo host such as photobucket.

but when I went to upload my photobucket pic to an album my upload option only allows me to select things off of my harddrive

Correct. Don't you have the pictures on your hard drive? How did you get them uploaded to photobucket?

You cannot transfer images from one website to another.
