IP banned by administrator
doubt it. My home laptop does it to me on occasion. i have asked repeatedly if I should be banned or what. never got an answer. never made a different name, and have been on here a LOT. So... whats up with that ??? mods ?
o yeah.....that reminds me stop using AOL it will do that all the time, if your not using aol clear your cookies
Ahh... the joys of AOL.
What you've experienced is the result of someone utilizing AOL that was overly problematic to the forums. As such, their IP set *.*.*.* was permanently banned from accessing our site.
In short, it's not necessarily what you did/caused but rather one of your fellow AOL'ers.
The best way to move around this is to get a different ISP. While not practical in all situations, the second best way is to log off and re-log on to the site as you will get a new IP as AOL's dial-up set is very dynamic.
