Enough with the friggin' enormous sigs...

Whats the deal? It seems that lately the sigs are taking up half a page. Listing a hundred mods and including floor mats as a mod? 8x11 pics of your trucks? Sigs with movies? Do people really think others dig that crap? If I offended you...you're welcome

Oh yeah, including a sig with every post...in the same thread? WTF?

Here is a tip. Go into "User CP", Edit Options, Thread Display Options and look at the option for Signatures Only Shown Once. Select "Yes" and then click Save Changes. It may already be defaulted to Yes. You then just have to Save Changes. This will change it so that you only see each person's sig once per thread no matter how many times they show it.

You can also disable showing them at all in there.

My opinion? It's time to make the 500x100 "recommendation" a RULE.

What I, as a moderator, would request is that you simply drop me a quick PM with a post that contains a sig that is gigantonormous.

I've asked several members to resize their signature line and most have quickly replied and gladly tweaked them. In many cases, it was a result of the member not really knowing how to resize the photograph that they were using. While that's simple to many; it's not to some.
