Last post icon doesn't go to last post
Now the last post icon doesn't take you to the last post, it takes you to the first post. This is really a pain in the keester.
ETA: I also deleted my cookies, didn't help. Also, quick reply icons do not work for me. Hassle, hassle, hassle.

Residual bugs from the forum upgrade. It happens, give the management a few days to clean up - but definitely keep posting whatever bugs you find so they know what to fix - if they bother to read this stuff.
I'm done fiddling with the templates, and it appears that the "go to last post" icon in the thread list does indeed work.
I use the following procedure:
In the admincp, there is a warning that shows you you've got x number of outdated templates. I click the link and it shows me what's what. I click the "show changes" thing, then flip both radio buttons (which are always in the wrong order.)
Anything yellow on both sides, I examine to see if anything needs to be ported over. 99% of the time the answer is no.
Anything green on the right, I don't care about, because I know it is a new feature.
Anything RED is either something minor that got deleted (because it is handled differently in the new version) or something that was custom. The custom stuff tends to be pretty obvious, like the warning on this site not to post classifieds etc. in red text. Into a text file, I paste the location where it needs to go in the new template along with whatever the customization is.
I then go back and edit the old template, and save a copy of it with the label "Before x.y.z revert". This way, I can go back to it or at least examine it if needed.
That done, I go back, revert the template, and insert the changes I've noted.
Seems to work pretty well, and you wind up with a copy of the old template if anything winds up getting botched when you splice the customizations in with the new templates. Despite the number of changes between 3.5.3 and 3.6.9, there were fewer than 15 templates. If you are on 3.5.7 you will probably have 10, maybe even less.

We already have 15 of them showing warnings from previous upgrades. Everything *appears* to be working properly so the owner isn't messing with them. I'm the forum admin, but I don't have enough access to fix these, and wouldn't know how even if I did have access. The owner handles this aspect.
