Private Messaging?

I am getting the following message:

Fx4OffRd, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1) Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2) If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
3) You are trying to send a Private Message. To minimize unsolicited commercial messages, this functionality is only available to users that have been registered for at least 90 days and have made at least 100 posts. You may be able to email the user, if they have elected to receive email messages from other users.
However, I have been registered for more than 90 days and also have at least 100 posts. Any ideas?

I just tried to send you a PM as a test. It refused, saying you had chosen not to receive PMs. Go into your settings and check that option out.

It actually says enable private messaging . You need to check the box and save.
