i am trying to submit a technical article but have no idea where to send it

For now, just hold on to it or post it on the forums. If you submit it to us, it will just sit in my email inbox until the new owners decide what to do with new content. The "technical articles" section of the site has not been updated in ages, and I don't anticipate that a lot of time will be put into it in the future, given the nature of the how much more utilized the forums are these dats. If you really want to share a technical article with your fellow owners, go ahead and post it in the appropriate forum of the message boards.
